Charlotte, NC - January 4, 2005 - Today nGuard reported an 89% increase in revenues in FY2004.

Continuing a trend of strong financial performance, nGuard has posted dramatic revenue growth for fiscal year 2004. “2004 was tremendously positive and exciting for nGuard”, says Jim Brown, Managing Partner. “After a very strong performance in 2003, we nearly doubled our revenues in FY 2004. With this performance we were able to achieve 38% of our revenues from new customers, a key goal for us last year. “ Jim added, “Also exciting was that we achieved a new level of efficiency. Per employee revenue increased by 142% compared with 2003.”

With these latest results, nGuard has posted 11 consecutive profitable quarters.
