Charlotte, NC - April 7, 2004 - nGuard today announced its best quarter of financial performance since the company was founded.

“ Our market normally operates on a yearly cycle”, says Charles Hutson, Managing Partner with nGuard. “The first fiscal quarter is historically our slowest quarter of the year. In spite of these historical trends, we have posted our best quarter since the company’s inception with a 92% increase in revenues over this period last year. This is especially gratifying given outstanding revenue growth in 2003,” Hutson added. With these latest results, nGuard has posted eight consecutive profitable quarters.
