nGuard Announces Plans for New Headquarters

CHARLOTTE, NC – February 12, 2007 – nGuard, Inc. (www.nGuard.com), a leading provider of information security solutions, today announced plans to move it’s headquarter offices to a new facility. The new offices will be located in Charlotte, NC at the Whitehall Corporate Center.

The new facility will offer immediate room for growth while providing additional capacity to more than double in the mid-term. Current construction plans provide a target occupancy date of May 15th.
